Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The Green Precautionary Institute ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit greenprecautionaryinstitute.com or contact us, why we do so, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The Green Precautionary Institute is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question or request, email francine@greenprecautionaryinstitute.com.

What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Email: the content and contact details of any email you send us.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type and request details, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

We do not use this website to collect medical or health information. Please do not send sensitive health data through the contact form.

Why we use your data

  • To answer your question or request (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding).
  • To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
  • To keep the website secure and free of spam (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Third parties we use

  • Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Turnstile): network delivery, security and spam protection for our forms.
  • Resend: sending the emails generated by the contact form.
  • Our hosting provider: storing the website and form submissions.

These providers process data only on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may place strictly necessary cookies or run a short browser check to protect the site and our forms against bots.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions and emails for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than two years afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
